The public is invited to see Santa and donate to Lamesa’s Jingle Mingle this coming Tuesday and Wednesday, from 4:30 to 6 p.m., in the Forrest Park Community Center north parking lot.

Monday, November 26
A prison cell now awaits a Lamesa man who was arrested last summer for possessing thousands of dollars of property taken in a number of burglaries in Lamesa and the surrounding area.
U.S. Silica has donated $7,315 to Lamesa Fire Rescue for the purchase of specialty equipment to outfit a confined space entry and high-angle rescue trailer.
The Dawson County Hospital District continues to see improvement in its financial condition despite several slow months that caused revenue to fall well below budget expectations.
