ANDREWS – Investigators are still attempting to determine why the driver of a Ford F-350 pickup was traveling the wrong way on Interstate 20 near Big Spring the afternoon of Nov. 19, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) troopers.
O’DONNELL – Lydia Loera of the O’Donnell Branch of the State National Bank has been named the bank’s Employee of the Year. She has been with the bank 18 years. Before that, she was with the First National Bank of O’Donnell for nine years. State National acquired that bank in 2003.
