Many people are now starting to wear face masks and gloves when they go out in public as a precaution against spreading the COVID-19 virus, as this person did while picking up free books outside the county library this past week. While noting that masks and gloves can be somewhat helpful if used properly, local doctors said they shouldn’t be a substitute for good hygiene and social distancing.
