SEMINOLE – The Seminole Economic Development Corporation approved a loan to High Cotton Western Wear, LLC at Monday’s meeting following an executive session of the board.
Cumulative Upland Cotton marketings for the first three months of the 2021 marketing year totaled 1.625 million bales according to information released Nov. 30 by the USDA National Agricultural Statistics Service.
Cotton producers benefit in many ways from the efforts of Cotton Incorporated (CI) and the Cotton Research and Promotion Program. Promoting cotton is easily the most visible component of CI’s work, but the organization’s research program is equally impressive.
