While most local churches are conducting traditional holiday services either on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day in celebration of Christ’s birth, one church is having their service a little early.Members of the Family Harvest Church at 512 N. 2nd Street are forgoing services this weekend and were holding a service from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Wednesday.Members will participate in an ornament exchange, snacks and a round of Bingo.Church Pastor Helen Rivas said the de cision to forgo church services this week was due to members needing to spend more time with their families.“I don’t want to have to make ...
