Monday: Soft beef tacos with cheese, lettuce and tomato, Spanish rice, salsa and dessert.
Tuesday: Ham chunks with blackeye peas, cabbage wedges and dessert.
Wednesday: Birthday Luncheon - Meatloaf with onion gravy, loaded mashed potatoes, green beans and dessert.
