Ricky Webb’s team shot a 28 Wednesday evening to win the Lamesa Municipal Golf Course’s weekly scramble. Others on the week’s winning team were Blake Nichols, Dennis Page and Billy Grumbles. This week’s closest-to-the-pin winners were Anthony Hernandez, who got a hole-in-one on hole number two, and Jonathan Contreras on hole number seven at 10 feet six inches. The course has a scramble every Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. Golfers are urged to get their teams signed up by 12 noon each week. Registration fee is $20 for members and $25 for non-members.
