The Golden Tornadoes high school football squad hosted the Stanton Buffaloes Thursday evening in their second scrimmage this month.
Although the home team didn’t show the same kind of punch that it did last week at Sweetwater, they still outscored the Class 3A Buffaloes, two touchdowns to one.
“We still saw good things again this week but we also found some areas which we still need to get cleaned up,” Golden Tor Coach Joseph Hood said. “We had a letdown in the energy department compared to last week.”
