The high school volleyball playoffs are less than three weeks away but one of the Golden Tornadoes’ biggest problems remains a lack of consistency.
Tuesday evening’s match here against Levelland was another prime example of that being the case.
After falling to the Loboettes in three straight sets a couple of weeks ago at Levelland, the Golden Tors opened this match strong. A Madisyn Ruiz spike capped off a Golden Tor 25-21 victory in the first set.
After Levelland won the second set, things didn’t go much better for the home team in the third as the Loboettes won that one 25-13.
