The Golden Tornadoes’ power lifting squad continued flexing is muscles this past weekend at the Levelland Invitational.“Our kids have been pushing themselves to the limits which might make it harder for them to perform at times but it’s exiting to watch,” Golden Tornado Coach Mario Gonzales said.“Our young athletes are really stepping up to the plate.”With returning state qualifier senior Jocelyn Marroquin leading the way, the Golden Tornado girls finished third overall in a meet with more than 130 athletes lifting.
