District 3-4A volleyball is just over two weeks away and the Lamesa Golden Tornadoes continue looking like a contender for one of that league’s playoff spots.
The Golden Tornadoes swept a dual match Tuesday evening at Seminole.
Lamesa made quick work of Littlefield, spiking the Wildcats in three straight sets, 25-14, 25-21, 25-14.
“About halfway through that match, Dee (Ortiz) got hurt, which forced us to finish that match without her,” Golden Tornado assistant coach Kaleen Sarli said.
