After making all-state in his third different sport of the 2020-2021 school year, Borden County’s Trey Edwards modestly attributes his success to his Coyote teammates and coaches.
“I owe a lot to my teammates. They deserve this as much as I did,” Trey said after making the Texas High School Baseball Coaches Association’s all-state baseball team announced this past week.
It was definitely a outstanding senior season for the Coyote athlete.
It started this past fall when he earned first-team all-state in football for the first time in high school after the Coyotes finished second in the final six-man Division I state poll.
