Having an older brother who was an all-stater on a state championship basketball team, Victor Spencer knew about pressure long before he took his first shot as a high school basketball player.
“It seemed like I spent most of my young life being just Eddie Lee’s little brother,” Spencer said referring to his older brother who was an all-tournament guard on the Golden Tors’ 34-0 state championship squad in 1975.
