Local golfer Joe Soliz recorded the third hole-in-one of his life on May 3 at the Lamesa Municipal Golf Course. Using an eight iron, Soliz aced the par-three, 150-yard hole number two. Witnessing the event were Johnny Anzaldua, Alex Contreras, George Garza, Mario Gonzalez and Manuel Vasquez.
