Hunter Shofner went 11-1 and then guessed 65 points on the tie-breaker to win this week’s Lamesa Press Reporter Football Contest. Shofner gets $20 for his efforts. Bob Thomas also went 11-1 but gets this week’s second place check of $15 after guessing 63 TOTAL points on the tie-breaker which saw Lubbock High roll past Lamesa, 61-13, last week. Michael Payton was one of 15 entrants who went 10-2 but he gets this week’s third place check of $10 after guessing 66 points on the tie-breaker.
