After their football teams reached the six-man playoffs this fall, O’Donnell’s Rocky Feliciano and Sands’ Billy Grumbles are anxious to see what they can now do on the hardwoods. Feliciano, in his third season as O’Donnell’s head boys hoop coach, guided the Eagles last year to one of their best seasons in school history by reaching the Region I-1A Tournament. Grumbles is preparing for his 13th season as Sands, where he’s guided the Mustangs to the playoffs in nine of the past 12 years.
