During his 12 years as Sands High School’s head cross country coach, Dustin Wall’s runners have made it a habit of going state at Round Rock. After another strong showing at Monday’s Region I-IA Cross Country Championships in Lubbock, the Mustangs are heading to state with both their boys and girls squads for the second year in a row.
