This past March, Lamesa High School’s Bryan Quinteros finished his phenomenal high school career by being crowned the state power lifting champion in the 128-pound weight class.
“Having somebody like Bryan come through your program helps give your other kids confidence as well. Seeing him do what he did proved to our other kids that things like that can happen here as long as you’re willing to work toward them,” Lamesa Coach Mario Gonzales said.
