O’Donnell’s girls will be playing Wellman-Union once again this coming weekend in a game to determine seeding in the Class 1A state basketball playoffs. That game is scheduled for 6 p.m. Saturday at Post. Finishing behind District 7-1A champion Ropes, O’Donnell and Wellman-Union tied for second in that district with identical 5-3 records. The two teams split with each other in district play. O’Donnell, coached by Taylor Feliciano, won the first match-up on Jan. 8 by a score of 57-55 at Wellman Union. The Lady Wildcats turned the tables and beat O’Donnell 46-43 on Jan. 25 on the Lady Eagles’ home court. The winner ...
