High school volleyball practices get underway on Monday, with both the Lamesa Golden Tornadoes and Klondike Cougars welcoming new head coaches this fall. Gaby Nichols, who played four years of college volleyball, is the Golden Tornadoes’ new head coach. Katie Cruz, who once went to school at Klondike, is now the Cougars’ head coach.
