The West Texas Chevy Dealers are again hosting an instructional baseball and softball clinic at Lamesa’s Bill Weaver Youth Sports Complex on May 11.The clinic is free of charge to boys and girls of all skill levels, ages five to 14 years old.The clinic has been held here the past five years, with about 200 youngsters participating every year.“This has not only helped a bunch of our kids but also a bunch of coaches and even parents when it comes to helping teach their kids,” said Rick Wallace, the former Lamesa Cal Ripken Youth League President who remains on the ...
