Don’t expect Lamesa High School’s new head volleyball coach Logan Lockard to get a lot of sleep this weekend.
After only watching her spikers complete their first week of practice, culminating with scrimmages on Friday and Saturday, Lockard and her players are only days from starting regularseason play.
“It’s crazy how those football coaches get like a month to get all of their practices in while in volleyball it ranges from only two to four days of practice,” Lockard said.
