Lamesa Middle School’s boys basketball teams won three out of four games against Levelland this past Thursday at Levelland. Eighth grade A team The eighth grade A team is undefeated this year at 3-0 after a 48-41 win over Level-land. “Our team continues to get better with each game,” Coach Zach Leonard said. “There is still room for growth, as with any team, but I am optimistic about the direction not only of our team but the Tornado program as a whole.” Luke Martinez led Lamesa in scoring with 18 points. Marquis Rodriguez, Keeton Bolton, Keller Harris and Sean Zapata had six points each.
