The Golden Tornadoes’ tennis squad continued its medal collection Thursday in the Denver City Tournament. For the second time this spring it was an all-Lamesa finals in girls singles. After winning their first three matches, Lamesa seniors Ariel Trevino and Bella Dela Rosa faced off in the championship match. Trevino came out on top 10-7 in the tie-breaker. “It’s pretty nice seeing both of our girls get to the finals. Ariel keeps getting better and better all of the time.
