The Golden Tornadoes’ girls golf squad finds itself in third place after the opening round of the District 3-4A Golf Tour. As a team, the Golden Tor golf girls shot a 493 this past Tuesday in the opening round at Levelland. Junior Laura Ruvalcaba shot her best round this season with a 109, putting her only seven shots out of second place. “Our kids still need work on their short games.
