Just three days after finalizing the district standings through a series of coin flips, the Golden Tornado basketball boys began the playoffs on Saturday. Lamesa was facing Presidio in a bi-district action at scheduled for 2 p.m Saturday at Monahans. That game originally was planned for Friday evening but was postponed due to weather concerns.
