The Klondike Cougars are ranked 21st this week in Class 1A volleyball by the Texas Girls Coaches Association and they continue looking the part even without their head coach Katie Cruz being present at their matches.The Cougar girls were at Class 4A Andrews Tuesday evening for a dual which they ended up splitting as they beat Fort Davis in three sets before falling to the Mustangs in three sets.Klondike’s girls topped Fort Davis, 25-10, 25-12 and 25-12.“Our girls played pretty well in that match.
