Both Klondike’s girls and boys basketball squads opened their seasons at home Tuesday night.
Although the results weren’t as good as they would have liked both coaches weren’t all that disappointed either.
After finishing up their volleyball season last weekend in the regional tournament at San Angelo, Klondike’s girls opened their hoop season Tuesday with a 31-26 loss to O’Donnell.
“Overall, we were pretty pleased with the way we looked,” Klondike Coach Xavier Elizondo said.
“We basically looked at this tonight like a glorified scrimmage against a pretty good O’Donnell team.”
