Following a couple of convincing victories, Klondike’s basketball boys were scheduled to play for the championship Saturday night in the Meadow Tournament.
“We’ve just got a group of boys who have fun playing this game and do a good job of feeding off each other,” Klondike Coach Chad Myers said. “When they just relax out there they’re really a lot of fun to watch.”
Klondike opened the tournament with a 78-39 victory over Whitharral.
