It’s been a while since the Golden Tornadoes and Muleshoe Mules locked horns in Friday night high school football action. But growing up at Littlefield, Golden Tor head football coach Joseph Hood got to know these Mules no as much as neighbors but as rivals. Littlefield and Muleshoe are 33 miles from each other. “We always called it the War on 84,” said Hood, a 2000 Littlefield High School graduate.
