Lamesa’s Yenisei Guevara wrapped up his sophomore season in the Golden Tornado cross country program by running Monday in the Region I-3A Championships at Lubbock’s Mae Simmons Park.Guevara finished 136th ou of 172 runners, with a time of 22:21 on the three-mile course.Amarillo River Road’s Crawford Kiser won the race with a time of 16:33.7.“Yenisei has had a very outstanding season in our program.
