Genesis Coker continues her Midas-touch on the high school track scene.
The Golden Tornado senior won three more gold medals Thursday in the Seminole Relays. Coker won the long jump at 16-11, the triple jump at 33-5 and the 100-meter dash with a time of 13.15.
Daijah Whited won the varsity girls’ 100-meter hurdles with a time of 17.95.
“Both of our teams competed without key parts of their teams. But, we had some young athletes step up and do a very good job of representing our school,” Golden Tornado Coach Rosemary McCall said.
