After watching Saturday morning’s intrasquad scrimmage here at Golden Tornadoes, Coach Rodney Sims believes his squad is close to getting ready to kick off the 2019 season. “We feel like we’re ready. We’re beginning to see how three years in the same system can make a difference,” Sims said. “We’re hoping so anyway.” Just as exciting as things looked out on the field again here Saturday morning Sims was just as excited as what he saw up in the stands at Golden Tornado Stadium.
