The Golden Tornadoes’ JV football team is still seeking its first win of the season but Coach Gerry Woodberry said Friday the squad could just as easily be 2-0 right now. “We’re right there! A lot of it comes down to just minimizing our mistakes, since we’ve been moving the ball and defensively we’ve also been playing well,” Woodberry said. “We’ve lost our first two games this season by a total of 16 points.
