After growing up playing 11-man football, first in high school at Crane and later at the University of Minnesota-Morris, Klondike Coach Dalton DeGraffenreid admits that he had a lot to learn when he started coaching six-man football at Klondike.
“I’ll never forget when I went to my first six-man football school how nearly everything was so new to me,” DeGraffenreid said this past week.
He apparently was a fast learner.
DeGraffenreid has been tabbed to be the head football coach for the West team in the Texas Six-Man Coaches Association’s Division II six-man all-star game on July 17 at Wichita Falls.
