Last fall, the Dawson Dragons brought back high school football at Welch after an absence of several years. Now, they’re looking for a new field boss to continue leading the Dragons. After being the Dragons’ athletic director, head football, basketball and track coach this past year Hodges is leaving Dawson for a similar job at Wilson. “It was never boring out here and it seemed like there was something always different going on but at the same time we made a lot of progress,” Hodges said.
