The Borden County Coyotes needed only one half of football Friday night at Gail to begin their drive for their 12th straight district championship. The Coyotes, who slipped from first to third in this week’s Division I state six-man football poll, rolled past the O’Donnell Eagles, 54-8, in their District 6A opener.
