Borden County’s softball girls are hoping that a tough non-district schedule pays big dividends down the road.“We haven’t played against a (Class) 1A school yet this season,” Borden County Coach Bubba Edwards said this week.The Coyotes ran into another traditional toughie Friday afternoon, resulting in a 9-0 loss to Class 3A Colorado City at Gail.“This might be the best team we’ve faced so far this year.
