After dropping the first game in last week’s Class 1A regional quarterfinal baseball playoff series against Hamlin, the Borden County Coyotes found their backs against the wall. But they came back fighting. The Coyotes kept their season alive by winning the next two games last Saturday evening at Hermleigh. Winning game two, 14-13, the Coyotes slugged out a 14-10 win in Saturday’s second game to win the series two games to one.
