All week long Borden County head football coach Trey Richey talked about how he’s learn something about his Coyotes in Friday’s six-man opener against Strawn. His main concern was about competing – something he didn’t feel his ball club did last year against the Greyhounds. For three quarters Friday night at Jayton, Richey couldn’t help but like what he saw.
