On Thursday at Hermleigh the Borden County baseball team went from being one game away from advancing to the next round of the Class 1A playoffs to being on the brink of elimination. The Coyotes opened up the post-season by defeating off Springlake-Earth, 4-2, in game one of their bi-district playoff series. They then fell to the Wolverines in a 9-8 nail biter in game two. “One of our biggest problems out there today was that we just weren’t as aggressive.
