After playing a huge role on Borden County’s fourth straight regional tournament basketball team, Coyote senior Zane Allen has been getting top billing on a statewide level.
Allen was recognized as second-team all-state on the Texas Six-Man Coaches Association’s All-State Boys Basketball Team.
“Zane’s very deserving! Absolutely,” BC Coach Bubba Edwards said.
“He was hands-down the MVP in our district after the way he dominated things out there for us.”
Allen averaged 18 points, nine rebounds and two blocked shots per game this past season.
