The Klondike Cougars took their second step toward repeating as six-man football’s Division II District 4-1A champs without even playing a ball game this week.The Cougars were scheduled to play Wilson Friday night but Coach Dalton DeGraffenried got a call Wednesday that the Mustangs were having to forfeit that game due to a lack of players.“We tried getting another opponent this weekend but the only team who might have even been a possibility was Blanket, which is out by Brownwood.
