The Klondike Cougars boys basketball team needed a big finish Tuesday night to escape Grady with a 43-38 victory over the Wildcats.
Up 29-28 at the end of the third quarter, the Cougars pulled off this victory by outscoring the Wildcats, 14-10, in the final quarter.
“Tonight was a grind but Grady’s always a tough place to play at and even a harder place to win at,” Klondike Coach Xavier Elizondo said.
