For the past few weeks, the Lamesa Boys and Girls Club building has been the location of the Men’s Basketball League.Nine teams made up of Lamesa High School alumni and players from New Mexico, Odessa, Andrews and the surrounding area have been playing weekly in a basketball tournament.They return Sunday for another round of games.The first game begins at 11 a.m. and the final game starts at 8 p.m.They’ve been playing every Sunday since July 28.The final tournament doesn’t happen until Aug. 24.This Sunday’s tickets are $7 for adults and $4 for students.
