Helping signal the beginning of another high school sports season, the Lamesa Golden Tornado Booster Club has scheduled Meet the Tors Kickoff Family Night next Thursday at Golden Tor Stadium. “We’re hoping to do whatever we can to help promote community pride and spirit here that night,” Booster Club President Christine Vera said. “We won’t even have a scrimmage here that night like we’ve always done in the past.
