A mid-season break from District 6-2A baseball action proved to be a good one for the Borden County Coyotes on Friday.
The team not only won their non-district road game against Lubbock Trinity’s JV by a score of 16-6 but also got to try out some players in new positions as they prepare for the second half of district play.
“It was nice to get some new arms up on the mound and see what three of our young kids could do,” Coach Bubba Edwards said.
