When his big brother graduated last year, Klondike’s Shay Coleman did not expect to ever get to play football on the same team with him again.
But that is exactly what Shay plans to do beginning this fall.
On Wednesday he signed a national letter of intent to play football for Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene.
There he will be reunited with his brother, Jayden, who signed with HSU last year and plays tight end for the Cowboys.
“I’m really excited about it,” Shay said about the opportunity to again play football with Jayden.
