Local golfer Tom Anderson put himself in some pretty elite company this week. Anderson recorded his sixth Albatross – or double eagle – Wednesday on the par-five, 472-yard hole number five at the Lamesa Municipal Golf Course. Witnessing the feat were Clint Kunkel, Jenny Gibson and Ronnie Payton. An Albatross is a scoring term in golf which represents three strokes under par on a single hole.
