SEMINOLE – During the Thursday meeting of the Gaines County Commissioners Court, Judge Tom Keyes said there had been an issue at the state line and on Hwy. 180E concerning mailboxes. The problem exists with Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) moving mailboxes out of the right-of-way while working on the highways.
